ZLUXCI RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in your ZLUXCI purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

ZLUXCI HAIR

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, hair products are eligible for return only if they are completely unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return, the wig or hair product must not have been worn, washed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, chemically treated, styled with products or heat, or otherwise altered. Lace must remain uncut and intact, and all original tags, bands, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

ZLUXCI DRAPE

Eligible clothing may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from makeup, perfume, deodorant or other marks, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Custom, personalized, made-to-measure, altered, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

ZLUXCI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

I like 7 days for hair and 14 days for Drape for your store—it gives customers a reasonable return opportunity while protecting you from wigs being worn or altered and then returned.
